Get rid of Belly Fat in 6 Ways

Here are some tips that can help you get rid of fat in the abdomen:


1. Eat four kinds of food with 400 calories per day.

3. Include foods with monounsaturated fats (monounsaturated fatty acids) into the daily diet, for example avocad, margarine, peanut oil, and olive oil.
4. When under stress, the body produces a hormone called cortisol which then turned into a fat belly. Learning to control stress in life course can reduce abdominal fat.
5. Make friends with those who have the same mission. Can be in the neighborhood or on the internet.
