5 Simple Ways To Get Healthy Heart

1. Know your numbers

2. Start walking
Exercising is one way to make you stay young. Walk for about 20 to 30 minutes each week, may reduce premature deaths of more than 50 percent.

3. Expand laugh
Laughter is the most efficacious drug. Laughing 15 minutes equivalent to 30 minutes of aerobic exercise for the heart. Tetawa also often linked to healthy function of blood vessels, increase the brain hormones that improve mood and reduce pain and anxiety.

4. Focus on waist size

5. Sleep soundly
