Choosing Ice Cream for Diet

Ice cream is often "blamed" as the culprit of obesity. Possibly, if you eat them in excessive size. According to Nutritionist Association of Indonesia in his book entitled Tables of Food Composition Indonesia, in 100 grams of ice cream contained approximately 201 kcal energy, 4 grams protein, 12.5 grams of fat, and 123 grams of calcium.

In addition to reducing the dose of ice cream per day, there are other ways to reduce the guilt of eating too much ice cream. One is to choose an ice cream made of skimmed milk.
