1. Gelato. Gelato is very popular because it is known to be very soft and delicious. Italian-style ice cream is highly recommended to be consumed during the diet because the fat content of milk a bit. If the regular ice cream contains about 12.5 grams of fat, the fat content in gelato is only half of it. Gelato is made ​​with extra cream, making it more healthy and low fat. In addition, gelato also contains lots of vitamins A, B, C, and thanks to the natural fiber content of fruits in it.

2. Sorbet. Sorbet also include the type of ice cream that is very healthy because it contains no milk or cream at all. Sorbet is made from mashed fruits and mixed with crushed ice. "Sorbet is pure fruit, including the type of ice cream so that the healthiest and most good for the diet as vitamin and fiber content is very high," added Chef Sandra.

Because it did not contain milk or cream, sorbet has no fat content in it. So you do not have to worry about eating it. In 80 g sorbet contained approximately 0.16 grams of protein, and 99.6 g carb.
