How to Get Rid of Insomnia with Food

Trouble sleeping or insomnia is usually caused by stress and depression. Of course insomnia can adversely affect the body. Moreover, if the next day you undergo an intensive activity, when hours of sleep a mess, the body becomes fresh, his face looked lethargic.

Turkey

Banana
Bananas contain melatonin and tryptophan (which is converted into serotonin) that can make you fall asleep. It also contains magnesium which helps you to relieve physical tension.

"Melatonin is a hormone that signals the brain that it is time the body to rest," said Horn.

Milk
"Warm Milk is a source of tryptophan which provide a calming effect and helps you to relax," said Horn.

However, Horn does not recommend to drink milk with meat turkey. If both these foods are consumed together can be dangerous to health.

"The combination of milk and turkey if consumed together can turn into gas," said Horn.

Oatmeal
Porridge hevermut not only warms your stomach, but its content which is rich in fiber can make you sleep soundly. Thus, it is suitable eaten at bedtime. Add a little milk to induce drowsiness.

Salt Espom
Not to be consumed, salt espom used to soak before bed. The benefit, of course, can make you sleep faster. Espom salt content can make you more relaxed.

"Put two cups of salt into the warm water bath for 15 minutes," advises Horn.

But better, you do not bathe at midnight. You even attacked by other diseases, like rheumatism. You should bath, in the afternoon or early evening.
