Women who already had a daughter named Valentina was admitted always watching what she ate. Adriana almost never eat foods containing carbohydrates.

She prefers to give a different protein intake on the body. Only foods containing four ounces of protein consumed every day for lunch and dinner.

Adriana also just want to eat vegetables and anything baked or steamed. Every 3 hours she did not forget to drink milk protein or cereal bar.
